Tagged with categories, keywords and additional information, such as copyrights, every media asset stored in Picturepark is quickly found via the search. Mailing and publishing methods help to quickly distribute or broadcast content to the media, agencies, departments or other target groups in such a way that your message is always received.

Picturepark helps to monitor and meet important deadlines. On expiry of copyrights, all users of the media asset are notified and the asset itself becomes archived. Users can also subscribe to content categories and become informed whenever something new has been added or changed.

Data can be exchanged with 3rd party applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & SharePoint as well as various CMS, PIM or ERP systems through existing interfaces. For example, images can be directly placed into an InDesign document or a CMS webpage and links are tracked so that any publication of the image is always obvious.
