Picturepark Starter allows you to upgrade your file server or older image database with a market-leading next generation DAM solution. Efficiently import, structure, tag and find assets by using cutting edge methods such as an intelligent search with preview and conversion of more than 200 popular rich media formats (images, illustrations, video, office documents etc.).

Archive and exchange

Picturepark allows not only archiving but exchanging your valuable assets in a controlled way – all around the world and all around the clock. Authorized users can browse your digital library, subscribe to certain topics or download assets directly. Using the asset mailing function with download link enables to exchange assets quickly and with ease, overcoming mailbox quota restrictions at the same time.

Manage permissions

With Picturepark, you define who can access which materials and to what degree. You may have some images downloaded in all resolutions while others are not accessible at all or must be ordered and approved first. Using the analytic & reporting tools you can easily monitor who accessed what and when and keep control of it all.

Picturepark Starter is a pre-configured ‘out-of-the-box’ solution – ready to be used. The system runs with any web browser and in any standard network environment, running on a single Windows server or more sophisticatedly deployed. You can install and fine-tune the solution yourself or get valuable support by one of the certified Picturepark partners providing modular service packages.

License at a glance

Picturepark Starter is provided as a cloud hosted service or a perpetual license and comes with a fixed set of two read-write users (e.g. administrators or editors), a single channel for taxonomy structures and all you need to get you started at a competitive price.

If you need more read-write users, channels or extended functionality then you can easily upgrade to Premium or Enterprise. Please see the comparison matrix for more details on the different products and some rough price estimates.
