Whether a business card or stationeries, event materials, ads or complex leaflets: The Picturepark Web-to-print extension allows to have stakeholders with few to none design knowledge producing, editing or translating all standardized print materials in full compliance with your corporate design rules, and to approve them by multiple responsible persons with using user-friendly, web-based assistants, subsequently dispatching the material to central or regional print service and much more.

Integrated creative production

Picturepark Premium helps you access your assets not only from any web browser but also directly from within your creative applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign. For instance, you can place Picturepark assets when layouting in InDesign as if you were working on a file server. Moreover, Picturepark keeps track of all placed resources, runs preflight checks with local and remote assets and renders pdf derivative versions on upload, so some users may be downloading the ebook pdf but not access the InDesign.

Interfaces to IT environment

Picturepark provides a rapidly growing set of standard connectors to ADS/LDAP, SharePoint, Woodwing, Typo3 and other systems. License at a glance

Picturepark Premium is provided as a cloud hosted service or a perpetual license and starts with an upgradable amount of two read-write users (e.g. administrators or editors), two channels for taxonomy structures and the features/modules of your choice (please request a quote). If you need unlimited read-write users, channels or server clustering then you can easily upgrade to Enterprise.
