If you have a Premium or Enterprise SLA you can also call us on +41 62 550 00 77. However, sending an email with some screenshots usually helps us in identifying a problem more quickly than a phone call.
Usually, we’re very fast. However, please note that support response times depend on the criticality of the incident, the contracted SLA and our official support hours. Regular support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CET. There is a 24x7 escalation possibility for severe escalations, mentioned when calling the hotline.
